Had a really good experience with Jasper. He wasn’t pushy, was really helpful through the test drive process, and got to know my needs for a vehicle without selling me on things I didn’t need. Would recommend these guys 👍
Our daughter set us a challenge. Set budget, 2L, manual, lowish K’s. Looked for months in person and online. Then up popped a vehicle that fitted the bill. Problem was we were at the other end of the Island and daughter was overseas. Josh, Steve and on the day Jasper made the entire experience a seamless one of excellent communication, superb no obligation pressure free customer service. No question or request was a problem. On the day the service was the same. I’ve bought a few vehicles over the years and the team at The Car Company deserve every 5-Star review received. Thank you all.

I was sold a car that was structurally unsafe and deemed unroadworthy by my mechanic due to the car having been in a significant head on incident prior to my purchasing it. This incident was not disclosed. More concerning was the behaviour of one of the Directors (Ben), who was rude to me, talked over me and eventually hung up on me when I phoned him to advise him of this. Would not recommend simply due to appalling customer service attitude.
