Shane was great to deal with, when it recently came time for us to replace our current vehicle. (Which was also a Car Company supplied vehicle, from over 10 years ago).
We gave Shane a brief of what vehicle we were looking for, he arranged a test drive for us and we agreed a delivery date & purchase price. All a very easy process to go through.

I saw 2019 Hyundai Ioniq PHEV on Trade me. I live in the Far North so made a call to enquire and purchase remotely if the vehicle ticked all the boxes. I am very impressed with services provided by Ben (owner) and Steph (sorting out paperwork). I was able to organise a test drive by a family member; and Ben and Steph made sure the entire transaction went smoothly including holding the vehicle in storage for over a month. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great combo.
The after sale service was excellent. As a first time PHEV buyer they took their time to explain how everything worked and made themselves available for any questions or concerns I might have. I highly recommend The Car Company, Nelson. Thank you team!!

Very happy returning customer. On two occasions now, The Car Company Nelson have assisted me with viewing, financing and enjoying my new car. The staff are incredibly friendly, proactive and knowledgeable on all aspects. No surprise being such a long standing local company.
My newest purchase, I applied for finance and collected the car within 26 hours of starting the process. The level of standard and more personal customer service and support I received was outstanding.
Stephanie was an absolute legend getting onto the finance early and picked the best options for me. Chris was incredibly friendly showing me about my choice, and not trying to sway me away. Josh was helpful explaining servicing options and ideas. And the other guy I met briefly, Malcolm? (Sorry mate! short interaction and was distracted by my excitement) was kind and welcoming.
